With 15 years of experience as a professional Agile Consultant, I have successfully led transformative initiatives for some of the most respected organizations in the financial, insurance, and healthcare sectors. My work with companies like Capital One, Johnson & Johnson, and Blue Cross Blue Shield has allowed me to refine my expertise in Agile transformation, coaching, and project management, consistently driving significant improvements in team performance, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.

I have managed and coached Agile teams at CareMetx, where I developed and executed a comprehensive coaching strategy that resulted in a 20% increase in customer satisfaction across three major projects. At Capital One, I played a crucial role in guiding Agile teams to improve their velocity by an average of 2 points per Program Increment, establishing Agile Release Trains (ART) that streamlined project deliveries. My work with FEMA involved conducting Agile assessments and setting up JIRA to align with the SDLC/SELC/CICD processes within the SAFe framework, significantly improving project outcomes.

As the founder of Paws From Afar, a 501(c)(3) dog rescue, I channel my passion for making a difference beyond the corporate world, having rescued and found permanent homes for over 1,000 cats and dogs.
